Faithful Radio World is a ministry community as much as a game. It is a place for Christians of every church to meet, work and play together, and for others to see what a kind, honest, Bible-shaped community looks like. You walk a church town, work a homeland, trade with other nations, help build ships and look after creation, all while Faithful Radio plays.
The world stands on the commands of God's word that every Christian tradition holds in common. These are the only rules of belief and conduct the community is built on:
We honour the one true God, Creator of heaven and earth, and Jesus Christ his Son, our Lord and Saviour. This is the heart of Christian faith across the churches.
Jesus said these are the two greatest commandments (Matthew 22:37-40). Everything in the community is built on them: kindness, patience, generosity and respect for every person.
Worship God alone, no idols, honour God's name, keep time for rest and worship, honour father and mother, do not murder, do not commit adultery, do not steal, do not lie about others, do not covet (Exodus 20). In the world this means no blasphemy or mocking of God, no abuse of parents or leaders, no violence against other players, no cheating or stealing of resources, no lies or slander, and no sexual or lustful content.
"Do to others what you would have them do to you" (Matthew 7:12). Treat every other player, of any church or none, as you would want to be treated.
Scripture calls us to feed the hungry, welcome the foreigner and look after the earth (Matthew 25, Leviticus 19, Genesis 2). That is why the world rewards sharing, trade between homelands, and tending land, water and animals.
Speak truthfully, keep your word and work honestly (Ephesians 4:25, Colossians 3:23). Resources are earned by gathering and trade, not tricks.
Sincere Christians read Scripture differently on some matters. The world does not choose a side. Players choose a church family for their avatar (Baptist, Catholic, Orthodox, Pentecostal and others), and every one has equal standing and the same respect. Faithful Radio World does not teach, test or rank doctrine, so these matters are left to your own church and conscience:
House rule: no arguing over denominational differences, no attacking or mocking anyone's church, and no pressuring others to switch. Share your faith gently, ask questions with respect, and point people to Scripture and to their own pastor. Where we disagree we still love one another (John 13:35).
Members of other faiths and none are welcome to look around, as long as they keep to the same community rules. Read the full chat rules and safeguarding.
A free 3D Christian universe you explore from your own PC. Walk through a church town, visit homelands for dozens of real countries, travel around planet Earth, and later fly to the Solar System and Alpha Centauri. Faithful Radio plays as the background music.
A Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit) PC with a graphics card or integrated graphics that supports WebGL 2, about 1 GB of free disk space and an internet connection. A mouse and keyboard are used to move (WASD or arrow keys, drag the mouse to look, Shift to run).
The launcher carries the 3D scenery, textures and models on your own computer, so the world looks detailed and loads quickly without using the radio station's limited server. It only talks to the website for sign-in, your progress, chat and updates.
Press Download, run the file "Faithful Radio World Setup", follow the installer, then open Faithful Radio World from the Start menu or desktop. Sign in with your normal Faithful Radio account.
You can look around in preview mode, but sign in to keep your avatar, progress and resources. Registration is free on the site.
The launcher checks for updates every time it starts and again every 30 minutes while it is open, downloads new versions from our GitHub releases and installs them when you restart. You can also choose World, then Check for updates at any time, or download the newest installer from this page.
Customise your avatar, explore towns, farms, mines, forests, jungles, deserts and rivers, gather resources typical of each country, trade through the embassy and trade hall, and work towards building your first ship to reach space.
Yes. Regions use each country's real climate, landscape, plants and wildlife (for example the pyramids and Sphinx in Egypt, or crocodiles and hippos on African rivers). It is a stylised, photo-textured 3D world rather than a satellite map, and it keeps improving.
Some, such as crocodiles, lions and hippos, are hazards in the regions where they live and will reduce your health bar if you get too close. Keep your distance and stay away from deep water in croc country.
Yes, with safeguards. Chat is for verified adult members: you choose a display name, send a short photo of ID once for staff review (it is deleted straight after) at the verify page, and agree to the community rules. Everyone nearby sees your message as a balloon above your head, or you can click a person to talk privately. Adults and under-18s are kept completely apart and chat for under-18s stays closed until proper supervision exists. All chat is logged for safety, links are blocked and you can mute, block or report anyone. Read the chat rules and safeguarding page and verify your account.
Face tracking for avatars is optional and only runs if you choose to allow your camera. Voice is not implemented. Read the Privacy Policy for how face data is handled, and you can use the world without ever enabling a camera.
Press the "Graphics" button in the world to switch from Photo to Fast. That turns off the photo textures and heavy effects. Closing other programs and updating your graphics driver also helps.
Update your graphics driver, restart the launcher, and check your internet connection. If it still fails, reinstall using the newest download here, then contact us from the Help & FAQ or Contact page with your Windows version and what you saw.
Open Windows Settings, then Apps, find Faithful Radio World and choose Uninstall. Your account and progress stay safe on the website.
It is free for members. Most of the work happens on your own computer so the station's hosting costs stay low. Donations on the Support page help keep it going.
Ground, bark, wall and roof textures are CC0 (public domain) from ambientCG.com. Human avatar models are CC0 as well.
Not at the moment. Windows only. You can still view the Earth and Solar System pages in a modern desktop browser from the site.
