1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Password (encrypted)
- Profile information you choose to provide
Terms acceptance records: for new public registrations we link your account ID to the Terms of Service version and wording, its integrity hash, the UTC time of acceptance and the fact that acceptance was submitted through the registration checkbox. We do not collect an extra IP address or device fingerprint for this record. We retain this evidence as reasonably necessary to administer the account and establish, exercise or defend legal claims, subject to applicable retention limits and your data-protection rights. This is based on our legitimate interests in recording and administering agreements, not consent to marketing. Contact us about access, deletion, objection or retention; a request is assessed against any lawful need to preserve evidence. Accepting terms does not waive these rights.

We automatically collect information about how you use our service:

5. Faithful Radio World: Face Avatar and Chat
The 3D world lets you optionally give your avatar a face from your camera. This is entirely your choice and off by default.
- Processed on your device: face detection runs in your browser using a model served from this site. Your camera feed is never uploaded.
- What we store: only a small cropped face texture and a set of landmark numbers (468 points), linked to your account. We never store your original photo or video.
- Who can see it: only you, unless you switch "share" on. Other members can see your avatar face only while sharing is on, and you can turn it off at any time.
- Deleting it: use the remove option in the avatar editor to delete your face data immediately, or ask us to delete it when you delete your account.
- No other use: we do not use face data to identify you, for advertising, or for anything except drawing your avatar, and we do not sell or share it.
- Under 18s: children should only use the face feature with a parent or guardian's permission.
Chat in the world is filtered automatically. Messages containing links, contact details, requests to move to other apps or unsuitable language are blocked and recorded for moderators. Reported messages are reviewed by our team. Chat messages and reports are kept in moderation logs for safety purposes.
