Version 1.0 · Effective 17 October 2026
These Payment, Donation and Digital Purchase Terms (the “Payment Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or the “Customer”) and David Arnold, trading as Faithful Radio (“Faithful Radio”, “we”, “us” or “our”), operator of faithful-radio.com, the Faithful Radio World game and the Faithful Radio Launcher (together, the “Services”). They apply to every donation, subscription, in-game points purchase and other payment you make to us, by PayPal or by any other method, and they supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before paying.
2.1 A Donation is a voluntary gift made to support the running costs and ministry of Faithful Radio. It is not a purchase of goods or services, and you are not obliged to make one.
2.2 Faithful Radio is not a registered charity. Donations are not tax-deductible and no Gift Aid can be claimed.
2.3 All Donations are final and non-refundable. Any In-Game Points awarded in recognition of a Donation are a gesture of thanks, are not consideration or payment for those points, and do not make the Donation refundable.
2.4 Recurring Donations continue until you cancel them in your PayPal account (or via our account page where offered). Cancelling stops future payments only; amounts already paid are not refunded. You are responsible for cancelling before the next payment date.
3.1 In-Game Points and other Digital Content are digital products with no cash value. They are a limited licence to use a feature of the game, not property. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred, sold or traded outside the Services, and remain our property to licence.
3.2 Points are credited to your account automatically once PayPal confirms your payment. Delivery normally takes seconds but may take longer. Please contact us if they have not arrived within 24 hours.
3.3 Prices are shown before you pay. You are responsible for any currency conversion, taxes or fees charged by PayPal or your bank.
3.4 We may adjust prices, rates, items and game balance at any time. Changes do not affect purchases already completed.
3.5 The Services are an ongoing project. Features will be added, changed or retired over time, and the game may be unavailable from time to time. We do not guarantee any particular item, feature, uptime or future content.
4.1 Because Donations are voluntary gifts and In-Game Points and other Digital Content are digital products delivered immediately, all payments are final and non-refundable once made. This applies in full, including where points or items have been spent, lost, unused, partly used, or your account is closed, and including change of mind, accidental purchase, dissatisfaction with game changes, or any player-versus-player or in-game loss.
4.2 Right to cancel (UK and EU consumers). Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and equivalent laws, you would normally have 14 days to cancel a distance contract. For Digital Content, that right is lost once supply begins with your prior express consent. By ticking the agreement box and completing your payment you (a) expressly request that we begin supplying the Digital Content immediately, and (b) acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel and to a refund once supply begins.
4.3 Your statutory rights. Nothing in these Payment Terms excludes or limits any right you have by law that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if Digital Content is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. In that case your remedy is repair or replacement of the Digital Content (for example, re-crediting points that failed to arrive), and a refund only where the law requires one.
4.4 We may, entirely at our discretion and without admitting any obligation, make a goodwill refund or credit in exceptional cases such as a duplicated payment taken in error. A goodwill gesture in one case does not create a right in any other.
5.1 You agree to contact us at support@faithful-radio.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve any problem before you open a dispute, claim, chargeback or reversal with PayPal, your bank or card issuer.
5.2 You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method, that every payment you make is genuine, and that you will not dispute a payment for a Donation or Digital Content that you have received.
5.3 If you file a dispute, chargeback or reversal on a payment for Donations or Digital Content that was delivered as described, we may, without notice and without liability to you: (a) suspend or permanently close your account and any associated accounts; (b) remove the In-Game Points and Digital Content obtained with that payment and any benefits derived from them; (c) refuse future payments from you; (d) provide PayPal and the relevant financial institution with these Payment Terms, your acceptance record (see section 8), delivery records and other evidence to defend the dispute; and (e) recover from you the amount disputed together with fees, charges and reasonable costs we incur, to the extent the law allows.
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to pay us. If you are under 18 you may only make a payment with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian who accepts these Payment Terms and is responsible for the payment. We are not liable for payments made by a minor without such consent, and any such payment remains subject to section 4 to the fullest extent the law allows.
We may withhold, reverse or remove In-Game Points and Digital Content, and suspend or close accounts, where we reasonably suspect fraud, payment abuse, exploitation of bugs, cheating, breach of our Terms of Service, or unauthorised use of a payment method. We cooperate with PayPal, banks and the authorities in investigating fraud.
8.1 Before any donation or purchase button is available you must tick a box confirming you have read and agree to these Payment Terms. If you do not agree, do not pay.
8.2 We keep a record of your acceptance, the time, your account and the payment reference. These records are evidence of your agreement and may be given to PayPal or a court.
8.3 You are bound by these Payment Terms whether or not you tick the box if you complete a payment to us.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of In-Game Points or Digital Content caused by your own acts, for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or goodwill. Our total liability to you in connection with any payment is limited to the amount you paid for the item giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Payment Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these Payment Terms. The version in force when you pay applies to that payment. Material changes will be shown on this page with a new version number and date, and you may be asked to agree again before your next payment.
These Payment Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom or in another country you keep any mandatory consumer protection and court rights that apply in your place of residence.
If any part of these Payment Terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. These Payment Terms, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about payments and replace any earlier understanding. We may assign our rights under them; you may not.
