Faithful Radio World: chat safety
Faithful Radio World is a Christian community, so we keep chat gentle and safe. Here is exactly how it works.
Who can chat
- Chat is only for signed-in members whose community account has been verified by our team. Everyone else can still explore the world.
- Adults and young people are kept completely apart: you only ever see and talk to people in your own age group.
- We do not allow chat accounts for children under 13.
- Under-18 chat needs a guardian's consent and a supervised room, and it is not open yet. Young people can explore the world meanwhile.
- Private chat is for verified adults only.
Rules
- Be kind and respectful. No bad language, bullying or unkind talk.
- Never share personal details: real names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, social media or school.
- No links, and no asking people to talk on other apps.
- Never ask anyone's age or for photos, and never arrange to meet.
How we keep it safe
- Every message passes an automatic filter. Blocked messages are not delivered, and repeat offenders are muted.
- All chat, including private chat, is logged and can be read by our safeguarding team if there is a report or concern. Logs are deleted after 90 days.
- Use Block to stop someone contacting you and Report to tell moderators. Reports are reviewed by our team.
- Moderators can pause chat for everyone, or ban a member, at any moment.
